TUM4Mind Awareness Week 2021
The TUM4Mind action week "Take Care of Your Mental Health" will take place from 3 to 7 May 2021. In various virtual workshops and introductions you will learn how to strategically deal with stress, time and performance pressure in everyday student life. In addition, you will learn what you can do if psychological stress is too great.
