Online tool CHEFIN
On to the top floor!

In the project "CHEFIN" of RWTH Aachen and TU Dortmund, scientists have compiled the results of many studies and worked out career-promoting measures (not only, but above all) for the MINT sector.
CHEFIN is designed to support female students and young women starting their careers in MINT professions on their way to the top in companies and public institutions. The aim is to empower female users in a currently still very male-dominated environment, to encourage them to plan their careers, to provide them with information on this on the basis of their current study and work experience, and to show them that taking on a management position is an option.
Equal opportunities for the development of women's careers in the MINT sector
The result is an online tool that gives you tips based on your previous experience, points out possible next steps and provides insights into careers of other successful women from the MINT sector. All you have to do is enter your previous career stages at www.check-deine-karriere.de - anonymously and without a long registration process.
Once you have entered your data, you can immediately browse through suitable tips in various categories - such as next steps or work-life balance, save good tips or download your results for later. You can also adapt your entries and receive further tips. You can give your feedback in a survey integrated in the tool. Give it a try!
The project "Chancengerechte Entwicklung von Frauenkarrieren im MINT-Bereich (CHEFIN)" is funded by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research under the funding codes 01FP1702 and 01FP1703.
