Lecture in the Deutsches Museum
Seeing sounds, hearing patterns. On October 5, 2022, Prof. Jürgen Richter-Gebert held a lecture in the "Science for Everyone" series of the Deutsches Museum. This is also available as a video.
Talks on the Hodge Conjecture

Certificate Program Data Science starts

New mathematics exhibition at the Deutsches Museum
The new Deutsches Museum has been open to visitors since July 8, 2022. It includes the newly designed mathematics exhibition, in which Professor Jürgen Richter-Gebert was involved.
Barbara Wohlmuth appointed member of Leopoldina
The Leopoldina, the National Academy of Sciences, has elected Professor Barbara Wohlmuth as a member. It is one of the highest scientific honors of a German institution. Congratulations!
ERC Advanced Grant for Fabian Theis
Professor Fabian Theis receives an Advanced Grant from the European Research Council for his project "DeepCell". The goal: using machine learning to predict the effects of drugs on cells.
